Sakthirama Vadivelu is working as an Assistant Professor (Sr. Gr.) at the PSG Institute of Management, PSG College of Technology. Her primary research interests focus on the field of management, particularly in Consumer Behaviour, Sustainable Consumption, Technology interventions in Agribusiness, and Agri Supply Chain Management within the Indian context. She is a recipient of the UGC Post-Doctoral Fellowship and the Professor MS Swaminathan Best Young Scientist Award. She has been recognized for her significant contributions to the field, including her work with farming communities, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and other market stakeholders. Sakthirama Vadivelu has authored several research articles in International and National reputed journals, books, and Conference proceedings / popular articles. She is proficient in the use of statistical packages. She has worked as an organizing member of several workshops and conferences. She has taught Business Management courses at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels during her academic tenure.
