Recognized research supervisor of Anna University, Chennai and produced two doctoral candidates and guiding few research scholars. Conducts in-house and outbound training for academia and industry in the field of Personality and Team Dynamics. Consistently organizes workshops on research methods and Psychometric tools. Recipient of PSG Teacher of the Year Award (2019), STC Distinguished Alumni Award – Academician (2019) and The ICON of STC (2013).
