Dr. Thiyagarajan Ramanathan comes with seventeen years of experience in corporate and academia. Specialized in Human Resource Management, presently working as Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) at PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore. He completed Ph.D. in management (full-time) from Bharathidasan University and cleared the National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET). He has published book chapters, indexed in Scopus and also presented research papers in international/national journals and conferences including IIM-Kozhikode, IIM-Indore, IIM-Bodh Gaya and NIT- Trichy. He started his career as Communication and Soft Skills trainer and has trained thousands of students, executives and teachers across Tamilnadu since 2005. He is a corporate trainer with fine exposure in employability, soft skills and basic psychology.

Dr. R. Thiyagarajan co-authored a book titled “Life Skills” in 2017 and has a consistent record of training school children on Life Skills since 2007. He has done many faculty development programs for school and college teachers in ATAL FDPs, NIT Trichy, Bharathidasan University, SASTRA University, Periyar Maniyammai University, Annai Group of Institutions, Modern Group of Institutions, TRP Engineering College, Kurinji Engineering college, MAM Polytechnic College, Periyar Polytechnic College. He took “Life Skills” training for school children from 2006 to 2015 in many schools in the Trichy district of South India. He has also trained executives in both public and private sectors namely Southern Railways, NLC India Ltd., Tamilnadu Police, Tamilnadu Electricity Board, Cholamandalam Finance, Bajaj Alliance Insurance, Bajaj Capital, ICICI Prudential.
