Dr. Madhusudan K.S. is currently working as an Assistant Professor at PSG Institute of
Management (PSGIM), PSG College of Technology. He has over 11 years of experience
spanning teaching, research, and industry, with expertise in Human Resource Management
and Marketing.
Dr. Madhusudan has taught courses at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels,
including doctoral scholars. He has published more than five research papers in national and
international peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, he has presented 21 papers in national and
9 papers in international seminars and conferences. Dr. Madhusudan has also authored two
books: Current Trends in Marketing and Current Trends in Human Resource, Part 1. Beyond
his academic career, Dr. Madhusudan is passionate about social work, contributing to various
social causes.
