Dr. Firdaus Bashir is an Assistant Professor at PSG Institute of Management. She brings a rich educational background with a Bachelor’s degree in Law, an MBA, and a Doctorate in Human Resource Management, where her research focused on the emerging field of Green Human Resource Management. She is a dedicated academician and researcher, contributing significantly with numerous publications in both international and national journals.
