Dr. Firdaus Bashir is a dynamic professional with a multifaceted background in academia,  industry, and research. With a professional degree in Law and an MBA specialisation in  marketing and Human Resource Management, she offers a unique interdisciplinary  perspective to enrich the learning experience of students. Her doctoral research explored  the Relationship of Green Human Resource Management on Organizational Performance  in MSMEs, emphasizing the pivotal role of Green Organizational Culture.
