Mr Arun Kumar Kannan

Arun Kumar Kannan, currently working as an Assistant Professor in PSGIM, PSG College of Technology and previously associated with Periyar Maniyammai University, Thanjavur. Arun is expertised in the Human Resource domain and handled courses at both under grad and post grad in his previous associations. He has published more than six papers in international as well as national peer reviewed journals in particular with human resource. His doctoral research aims at identifying the Gender Sensitivity’s role and its impact on team performance with respect to advocate professionals and he is awaiting his Viva Voce Examination from Annamalai University, Chidambaram. He used to train students in the areas like Gender inclusivity, Emotional Stability and Stress Management. Besides academics , Arun is passionate towards literature especially tamil and also he is a member of “Dhruvam” a small literary forum functions at Thanjavur Delta which used to run a discussion on contemporary and classic literatures once in a month.
