Selection Process

PSG Institute of Management's unique admission process prioritizes identifying candidates who embody our mission of fostering and empowering individuals to reach their full potential as managers and entrepreneurs.

The admission process includes a comprehensive assessment approach that encompasses group discussion, presentation, and personal interviews. Shortlisting will be based on overall profile of candidates including academic performance, work experience, diversity, contribution to community, extracurricular achievements, performance in admission process and entrance examination score. Applicants invited for the admission process will have to appear in person at PSGIM or at specific locations on the allotted date and time. It is essential for candidates to complete all stages of the admission process to be eligible for an offer from PSGIM.

*The selection list is independent for each program. Selection to one program does not imply automatic shortlisting or selection for another.

Eligibility

All our MBA programs require the candidate to have completed a Bachelor’s Degree* from a recognised university or equivalent thereto.
*Students pursuing their final year of study can also apply. In case of being selected, the admission will be provisional, subject to completion of the degree.
Candidates with work experience will have an added advantage.
Prospective applicants who are planning to take any of the entrance examinations (CAT, MAT, ATMA, TANCET) are also welcome to apply, with the provision that they submit their scores once received

Account Creation- Visit the PSG Institute of Management online application portal. Create an account using your mobile number and set a strong password.

Step 2 :

Application Completion – Fill in all required application details, upload scanned copies of necessary documents

Step 3 :

Verify and Submit – Review and verify the accuracy of all information and submit the application.

Step 4 :

Application Fee Payment – Complete the payment through your preferred payment method.

Step 5 :

Application Confirmation- Receive an email confirmation acknowledging your application submission. Note your applicant ID for future reference.
