Internship – Guided Learning and Feedback
Students undergo 8 to 10 weeks summer internship with stipend. The students get hands on experience in a corporate setting. They are continuously mentored during their internship through faculty guidance, periodic reviews, and final viva presentations. This strengthens reflection, accountability, and practical application of classroom learning. The internship also strengthens the academic-industry interface by integrating industry mentor’s feedback into evaluation, it in turn provides organizations with a reliable framework for assessing intern contributions while refining PSGIM’s curriculum.

Social Immersion
Students engage with NGOs and community organizations to identify and address real-world issues in areas such as waste management, health, education, and sustainability. Builds empathy, ethical awareness, and problem-solving capacity. Strengthens PSGIM’s societal impact by embedding values of responsibility and sustainability into management education, while also contributing to several UN Sustainable Development Goals.
B-School Bistro – A Student-Run Entrepreneurial Cafeteria
Students manage daily operations of the cafeteria, handling budgeting, marketing, logistics, and customer service. Builds responsibility, financial discipline, and leadership skills. The platform provides a live business lab that bridges academic learning with real-world application, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and aligning with NEP’s emphasis on experiential education and entrepreneurship.
Experiential Learning at ALPS
Students participate in outdoor and activity-based learning at the ALPS center, developing leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal effectiveness. Faculty are trained as experiential trainers, ensuring structured learning delivery. This initiative has establishes PSGIM as one of the few B-schools with a dedicated experiential learning center. Aligns with NAAC, NBA, SDG 4 (Quality Education), and NEP priorities on innovation and student-centric learning.
Global Immersion Program
- Students gain direct exposure to international classrooms, company visits, and cultural experiences. This builds cross-cultural communication, leadership, and adaptability.
- Establishes PSGIM’s global presence through partnerships with international universities and industries. Aligns with NEP 2020’s mandate for internationalization and SDG 4 (Quality Education).
