Mr. Ramasubramania Raja is a skilled technocrat and a seasoned manager with 39 years of industry experience in Corporate Finance, Project Management, Marketing and Operations. He is practicing as a Cost Accountant sicne May 2013 and had handled cost audits and special assignment works for industries like engineering, textiles, foundry, hospitals, plastics & polymers, paper, wind energy, jewelry, poultry, food, animal feed and steel. Prior to this he was the Chief Financial Officer at Pricol Group for two years and President and Company Secretary for ten years at Arya Vaidya Pharmacy, Coimbatore. He also served as the General Manager and Company Secretary at Akshaya Textiles Limited. He is the Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS) and Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ACMA). He has his Masters in Business Administration from PSG College of Technology and Bachelors in General Law and Commerce.  He is a member of various professional associations.
