MBA students on February 13, 2022. He elaborated on Servant Leadership and discussed how
Servant Leadership can help achieve the objectives of “Effectiveness and Efficiency.

The students of PSGIM had a wonderful experience attending the guest lecture delivered by Dr
William D Boyce, Professor of Marketing, Northern Kentucky University, USA. The enlightening
lecture focussed on value based marketing and customer value proposition. Dr. Boyce shared
his extensive experience in the area of value based marketing and provided insights about the
process of delivering value to potential customers.
Dr. Murali Raman Deputy Vice Chancellor at Asia Pacific University of Technology and
Innovation, Malaysia conducted a workshop on design thinking to the students during 4 th to
6th October 2022
Mr. Sean Dodson, Senior lecturer and postgraduate leader in journalism at Leeds Beckett University addressed the students on 6th March 2023
