Her academic foundation includes postgraduate studies in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, followed by a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management from SNR College, Coimbatore. With over a decade of experience in supply chain management and business operations, her professional journey has encompassed key roles at HCL Technologies Ltd. and VWR International Pvt. Ltd. (now Avantor), where she contributed to global logistics coordination, contract management, and client operations Proficiency has been demonstrated in enterprise platforms including SAP GUI, Salesforce, and Office 365, with responsibilities carried out in support of North American operations and global supply chain workflows. Her academic career includes three years of teaching experience at Hindustan University, Chennai, where she also served as the Logistics Coordinator in association with the Logistics Skill Council (LSC).
