Dr. Venkatalakshmi R is an enthusiastic academic professional with experience in teaching in Human Resource Management and Marketing. She holds a Ph.D. in Management (HR) from, Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science, Bharathiyar University. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Sri Sakthi Institute of Engineering and Technology, an MBA with specialization in Human Resource and Production Management, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Management (PGDRM) from Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science. She has actively participated in and organized various academic and cultural events, served as Master of Ceremony for various functions, college events and contributed to professional bodies such as the Rotract Club, CMA, ARISTA Student Club, and IEEE. Her core expertise lies in teaching, team building, recruitment, mentoring, leadership, and counselling. Her research and academic interests include Human Resource Management, Employer Branding, Production Systems, and Business Data Analysis using Hadoop. She has also completed certifications through NPTEL and Coursera. She has been recognised for her mentorship by NPTEL.
