Dr. S. Narendra Rathnaraj is presently working as Assistant Professor at PSG IM in the domain of Marketing specializing in Social Media Marketing. He holds doctoral degree in Management with Leadership as his specialization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, master’s degrees in Human Resource Management and Technology Management also Post Graduate Diploma in Labour and Administrative Laws. He has cleared both NET and SET in Management. He previously worked as Guest Faculty in Bharathiar School of Management and Entrepreneur Development, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. His research experience includes working as Research Fellow under RUSA project and professional experience includes working as Assistant Manager in R&D with Mahindra and Mahindra. He has published several research articles that are listed under UGC, Scopus and Elsevier. Also, he has attended several national and international conferences and has won several best paper awards.
