Dr. Manju has over a decade of teaching experience, 5 years of research experience and two years of corporate experience. She has been a key member of several path-breaking initiatives at the institute which include Anubhav 2012- an experiential learning project, Samyog- the World HR Day initiative- the first of its kind in Coimbatore and the first faculty mentorship workshop and the extended weekend internship program. She has participated in the Faculty development Programme at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and has also taken part in several National and International workshops organized by leading management institutes. She has also completed ‘Train the Trainer’ workshop conducted by ACTS- India, Mumbai. Her research interest lies in mentoring and she has also won the Emerald’s Literati Excellence Award – 2013 for her outstanding paper titled ‘A Model for Student Mentoring in Business Schools’. She also won the gold medal for innovation in teaching at the AIMS Silver Jubilee Annual Management Education Convention in 2013.

RESEARCH GRANTS AND AWARDS:
  • Won the gold medal for innovation in teaching “We School Innovation Award” at AIMS Silver Jubilee Annual Management Education Convention conducted during 22nd -24th August, 2013. Won the Emerald Literati Outstanding paper award 2013 for the paper titled “A model for student mentoring in business schools”, International Journal of Mentoring and Coaching in Education, 1(2), 136-154.
