At PSGIM, we want our prospective students and other stakeholders to perceive our institute as a lead b-school in the country known not only for its high quality management programs but also for its ability to produce class leading leaders and managers who are socially and environmentally responsible. Our operating philosophy "Managers in Society - Caring, Sharing and Giving" is based on the premise that managers have greater onus towards the society and the environment beyond business. It stems from the insight that the action of an individual has far reaching implications on the progress of the society and the environment. Depleting natural resources, environmental degradation, declining bio-diversity, climate change and global warming have brought environmental sustainability to the fore front of business agenda today and businesses are increasingly aligning their vision with environmental sustainability. The creation of sustainable businesses and leaders who are strongly committed towards environmental sustainability is perhaps the need of the hour today. At PSGIM, not only do we believe in creating value for our stakeholders but also embed the idea of sustainable development in all our thoughts and actions. Our vision is to become a sustainable campus and a thought leader among educational institutions in sustainable business practices. Our mission is to

  • To minimize environmental impact through better energy management practices
  • To inculcate stakeholders the value of respect for nature through awareness and training programs in areas of environmental management and sustainability
  • To create businesses and business leaders who are strongly committed towards environmental sustainability
  • Reduce, Recycle and Reuse where possible and applicable

To ensure social harmony, uphold corporate governance, contribute to human progress and protect the sanctity of our environment, PSGIM has taken numerous initiatives to instill social and environmental awareness among students. Outreach news comes here with links where applicable
